The following information does not represent any contractual conditions. The contractual terms are contained in our General Terms and Conditions.
How does the online contract conclusion with us work?
STEP 1 . Choose your desired product!
STEP 2 . On our website you can view a product by clicking on it. In the product description you can select further features such as color, size and, if necessary, the quantity. If you want to buy the product, click on the button "Add to cart".
STEP 3 . You can access the shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button in the upper right corner of the website. In the shopping cart you start the ordering process by clicking the button "Continue".
STEP 4 . On the following page you can choose:
If you wish to order without creating an online account, click on the appropriate category and then on the "Next" button.
If you already have a customer account, enter your email address and password in the appropriate section and click on the "Next" button.
If you want to order and create a new customer account at the same time, click on the third category and then on the button "Next".
STEP 5 . On the following page, enter your billing address and - if different - the delivery address and your email address. Then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 6 . On the next page, please select your desired payment method and click on the "Next" button.
STEP 7. Now you will get to the final order overview where you can check all entries again. You can correct your entries at any time during the ordering process by selecting the "Back" button in the browser and then making the appropriate changes. You can cancel the entire order process at any time by closing the web browser.
STEP 8: The order will be sent to us only after clicking the button "Send order"! By clicking on the button "Send order" you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods in the shopping cart.
We will immediately confirm receipt of your order. This confirmation email does not yet represent an acceptance of your offer. The contract is concluded by separate order confirmation or receipt of the goods by you within the delivery period. The text of the contract is not stored by us and cannot be retrieved after the order process is completed. Therefore, please keep all documents and messages you receive from us carefully.
